Who Are We?
Team HARE, Huddersfield Automotive Racing Enterprises, represent the University of Huddersfield in the worldwide Formula Student (FSAE) competition series. The team consists of mechanical, automotive and electronic engineering students within the University’s computing and engineering department.
Each year Team HARE design, build and develop a single seat formula style race car for the Formula Student Competition. The vehicle competes in a series of static and dynamic events against other universities from across the globe.
Team HARE have been entering the competition since 1999 and pride themselves as one of the UK’s most established and professional teams. 2010 sees the development of the HARE PFK-01, the most technically advanced and competitive car to ever roll out of the Team HARE workshop. This coincides with the team branching out and competing in Europe as well as the UK.
Team HARE are committed to building upon their previous achievements, and wish to thank all who are helping and supporting the team – we couldn’t do it without you.
